It’s time to bake bread…

Today, I shall be tackling Gluten-free bread baking, both sweet and savory, I think.

I know for certain that I want cinnamon in there, somewhere.

This’ll be my first attempts at working with yeasted Gluten-free dough, so pray for me, lol!

    1. Nope! It was vile! The texture was that of playdough. I think the recipe I used had error, or else the yeast did not like the oat milk I used, even though it said I could use any dairy free milk I wanted. Back to the drawing board… hugs
