Yesterday had to be one of the most wonderful excursions I’ve had for some time!
It was absolutely breathtaking!
We had perfect weather, a banging A/C, good tunes, and the whole day to adventure. Of course my friend was working, being that she had to supply all her peeps with work tools and parts… but once that was done, we were all clear to enjoy our meander home.
What one might have considered a catastrophe to their FunVee activities, we hit a detour half-way home and were diverted onto a highway we’d never been on. Turns out… there’s still beautifully preserved nature pockets in them there hills!
We saw lakes, rivers and marshy ponds that were free of any human marshmallows dotting their beaches.
All in all, after a 10 hour drive day, we felt like we’d been gifted a very special and private tour of God’s Glorious Country!
Enjoy the pic’s!
Beautiful share! Thanks, my friend. 😊

You’re right. The best routes to take from my road trip experience are “off the beaten track.” Where were these photos taken?
