The Calls of Fall
I hear Fall calling,
soon the leaves will start falling…
Children are returning to school,
and the air is beginning to cool…
Book clubs and fundraisers,
Potlucks and hay mazes…
Picking out pumpkins and costumes,
door to door by the light of the moon…
Fluffy sweaters and slippers,
keeping warm by the fire,
Hot cider and long movies,
to watch til we tire…
I hear you calling, my friend
It’s been too long…

Ahhhh! Fall is my favorite season! We have to wait until late October for the temps here to cool, but it is worth the wait!
