Oh, because people will eat it to lose weight, but the ingredients aren’t good for you. So they need to warn people of that. Not that anyone reads the label — except people like us. 😀 Also, there are “low fat” and “no sugar” foods that are not “low calorie” foods, but people do not read those labels either. ^_^
