In the category of burgers… I make a mean brown sugar burger, with homemade Indian fry bread for the bun. Amazing!!!

In the category of pasta, I can make a fantastical Fettuccini Alfredo with artichoke hearts, chicken, and mushroom. Throw in a loaf of french bread in there and it is sublime!

In the category of breakfast, I make the worlds most delectable Quiche biscuits… filled with cream cheese, sharp cheddar and either ham or even shrimp. I cannot give you all the ingredients or it won’t be my secret anymore.

Last but not least is the dessert category, and there is one thing I make that is considered my pride and joy! My Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter cookies… my Secret Secret Recipe! I like to make them really big, so one cookie can fit your whole hand. I put oodles of chocolate chips in, and I won’t say any more about the ingredients… you know what spies say about when you learn too much of their secrets. If I told you my secret, you might just have to … disappear……….

Go ahead, have one… I made plenty! I wouldn’t ever think of telling you about those cookies without offering you one. And yes, I left you some milk. These things are so ooey gooey and thick that you will definitely need the drink to wash em down. Happy Sunday!

      1. a single recipe calls for 4 tblspoons milk, package cream cheese, 8 0z pkg of sharp cheddar, 2 large eggs, 1 can biscuit dough, a pkg of ham lunch meat or basically any meat you want for filling the cups, and any spice you like, whether it be salt and pepper or onions, pick your theme and have fun with it… this is for a batch of 8.

    1. take hamburger meat, black pepper, salt, and brown sugar… mix em and grill, but the secret is to press the patties between wax paper and chill them so they wont fall apart on the grill when the sugar caramelizes

    1. that is one of the hardest adjustments for living in an RV… I love to cook and bake, I always have… but now it is limited to a Ninja Foodi… I have gotten pretty good at altering my recipes to fit into this different lifestyle

      1. I remember. 🙂 I didn’t make that adjustment though. But I also had to deal with downsizing to cooking for just me (from cooking for a family of five). Plus, I was in college at the time…

When I lived in my RV, I just basically either bought foods that kept, or ate out all of the time. ^_^ Which was easy, living in the campus parking lot. Ha!
