Good or bad, naughty or nice
Who’s full of sugar and who’s full of spice?

Just three days to go
and I’m sure that you’re hopin…

There won’t be any coal
when your packages open!

Good or bad, naughty or nice
Who’s full of sugar and who’s full of spice?

Just three days to go
and I’m sure that you’re hopin…

There won’t be any coal
when your packages open!

I couldn’t do it… I just couldn’t!

Don’t judge…

It isn’t my fault…

They’re far too soft and fluffy…

And I accidentally got high on all the puppy breath…
Before I knew what happened…

They both picked me…

SoI say, if ya can’t beat em, join em!

Besides, the lobby has plenty of room, and you all can help with walks and weekend play dates, right!?!?
I just knew you’d agree…
Drum roll, please…
(She taps her Magic Microphone several times for a sound check)
Without further ado, I would like to announce the official welcome of Journey With Me’s first official furry greeters,
The wild and sassy one… (little big pants) Miss Bailey,

And her brother Gabriel (the quiet one), our furry kibble connessuer…

This should keep me busy for a good bit…
We shall see, we shall see!

You know how I’ve been going on about puppies? Well, it suddenly occurred to me that even if I can’t have an actual puppy at the moment, what I can do is create a virtual one… why not, right?!
No need to clean up poo doo, no complaints from the neighbors, and no weighty expenses for all its needs!
So, I thought you might join me in the creation of our lobby’s first furry version of a greeter… you know, like Walmart but better!
Anyways, the first thing one should consider is the look of said greeter. I know that I want a miniature Dachshund of the silky variety…

And yes… it should be oh so fluffy! I would love the color to be that of the creamy vanilla kind, beings that I love coffee and all.

Ok… perfect!
Honestly, I wouldn’t even mind if there were some accent colors…

That’s awful cute, don’t ya think?
Now comes the hard part! Remember how I said that if I were to have a boy, his name could be Gabriel, and if it were a girl, I could call her Bailey? This is the part where we have to choose a boy or a girl…. ughghghghghgh… so hard!

I’m sort of stuck here, folks! I would honestly love to hear your opinions on our choice here, so I can’t move forward until that has been determined.
I will say that if it is a girl, she will have her own little blog entries’ called Bailey’s Daily (puppy fashion critic)…

And if we were to choose a boy, then he would have his little blurbs called Gabe’s Flav’s (puppy food critic)…

Until we make a final decision, I shall be spending some play time with them both… just to be fair.

Seriously, just to be fair…

I’m doing this for you, not me…

The things I’m willing to do for this community… I sure hope everyone knows how much I’m willing do… the sacrifice… the agony of effort… sheesh!

Ya ya ya… I know… I have puppy on the brain after this last weekend! You’re gonna have to put up with this for a few days, I fear. Sorry, not sorry…
The dog images should hopefully leave the impression with you, of thinking before you act on a thing.
I was watching an episode of Joyce Meyers the other day, and something she said stuck with me, regarding God’s guidance. There are times when we are about to say something, we might hear God whisper, “you don’t need to say that”, and when Joyce went on to talk about whether we listen to him or not, I felt like she was looking right at me through the television screen!
I’ve been studying a great deal about wisdom and thinking before I say things, lately. This chatty wordsmith has a tendency to say too much, or talk at the wrong time, so I’m a work in progress. I hope this satisfies the prompt.
Want a cookie?

My Chica’s daughter got a puppy, and I’m getting my flurby fix this morning.
It has been confirmed, ladies and gents… my future fur baby needs to be a silky Dachshund, preferably a champagne cream color!

If it’s a girl, I could name her Bailey,

and if it’s a boy, I could name him Gabriel…

yup! I know it’ll be a while yet still, but a girl can dream.

As to the prompt question this morning, what I would love for others to say about me might sound something like this…
Is she here yet? Is she here? Where? Oh,Oh! I see her, I see her! Here she comes, here she comes! (giggling, jumping, and high-pitched squeals erupt)
I love, love, love children, babies… and puppies! No, this doesn’t have anything to do with anything! Dont ask me why, but this is what popped right into my brain when I read the prompt.
Have a cookie…

While I could regale you for hours with all the times I’ve performed over the years, would it be worth the mention if my only audiences were fictional ones?
Well, they weren’t all fictional, to be totally fair about things. My performance career began very early on, where I learned to hone my speech and drama skills on any and all of my baby dolls.

From there, I branched out over the years to include any living animal that was either willing to stay and listen or coralled long enough to endure my theatrical onslaught!

Eventually, my poor audience members would run when they saw me preparing for one of my performances, leaving me to talk to myself… which I readily did!

If you were to ask any one of my adult children, I’m sure they would attest to my ability to give such lengthy speeches that they wished they could escape, just as all my childhood audience victims had done!

So, there you have it, my friends!
As the title of this post reflects, as far as performing and/or speech giving… The world really is my oyster.
Here, have a cookie…

Stubborn…
Bull headed…
Neurotic…
Sneezed on everyone…
Freeway Buddy…
Snuggle Monster…

Grumpy ole thing…
Forgot who he was…
and often, even where he was…
Stood by my side until his very last breath…
Forever in my heart…
Never forgotten!

Here, have a biscuit…

Once they enter our lives,

and even after they’ve gone,

The tracks of their tiny paws,
become etched upon our hearts.
Help yourselves to some biscuits…

I basically copied and pasted last years Monday Message in here, this morning. Why? Because nobody participated last time… and it was a really good idea, that’s why!
I’m serious, guys and gals… come on, pretty please…for me? I think this could be really fun, and let’s face it, I think we all need something bright to focus on right now. Wouldn’t you agree?
So, here goes… when at first you don’t succeed, try try again (or so I’ve heard):
Well… November is well upon us, and I am setting the stage for our upcoming events. I mentioned before that I wanted to do a Virtual Holiday and I am bringing it up again. I am giving everyone until Thanksgiving to come up with a Christmas Wish List for themselves and put it in the comments anywhere on my site, that is, if you wish to participate.
Anyone wishing to participate can simply use their Christmas Day Post to reveal what they got peeps from those lists… your post is yours so you can present your gifts anyway you wish. It is virtual so the sky is the limit! I thought it would be so beautiful to have the Reader covered with gifts and sharing all across WordPress. Be there or Be SQUARE!
Monday Hugs to everybody!!!!!!
