I fell in love with this particular version of Jeremiah 29, which pretty much sums up my motivations… or in real words, what gets me up out of bed each and every day!
It’s called Good Plans, by Red Rocks Worship…
Enjoy a cookie while you listen…

Too much work to do, today, what with being nearly at the end of my first edit run. I can’t stay long, but I wanted to check in before heading back to my book work…
Good Morning, friends! Have an awesome day out there… eat well and make good choices… hehehe!

Everyone knows that one’s movie choices and go-to’s are always relative to what the weather is, how work is going, and/ or if the kids are a bunch of bum Nuggets, etc.
For example, cold winter weather brings out “The Sound of Music, Lonesome Dove, The Tenth Kingdom, Ladyhawk, The Hobbit, all three Lord of the Rings, Arthur Christmas, Scrooged, and of course, The Grinch!”

Now if the weather seems fine, but I’m in a funk, out comes, all of the “Harry Potter’s”, which should be seven, if you weren’t counting… plus “Mary Poppins, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Bedknobs and Broomsticks!”

Since my kids are pretty consistent about being the disrespectful little rodents that they normally are, their behavior no longer bothers me, as it once did. But I will throw in ten more fun fav’s, like “Pirate’s of The Caribbean (we’ll just count one, instead of five), all four of the Indiana Jones movies, and the entire Jurassic Park series”… which should make ten for this list.

Maybe now you’ll agree that our lists of favorite anything, are relative to what our state of mind is in, at the moment the question is being asked.
I’ve a list of musicals that feel like my favorites when I’m in a singing mood, but I’ve also a group of my fav’s in the categories of Humor, Action/Adventure, Animated movies, Romantic, etc.

See how the lists keep getting bigger? Maybe it has more to do with me not wanting to be forced into a box with questions like these… who knows, but as Forest Gump always says, “That’s all I got to say about that.”
Here, have a cookie…

They’re one of my favorites!

If I wish to offer my readers an adventure worth discovering, well then, I best dig deep!
No miner worth her salt would write a book, without unearthing all the valuable’s for you to find within the story…
I best get back to it, then!

Here’s some of my magic cookies…

You heard it here first, ladies and gents… it’s time to do some baking!
I’ve a mixer, all my secret ingredients, and a little toaster oven that is very reminiscent of an Easy-Bake-Oven…

It might take me all day, cooking only two cookies at a time…
But don’t judge, because some of my best work comes out of that tiny little toaster!
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter cookies, here we come…

Now I lay me down to sleep,
I’ve a bag of peanuts at my feet!
I’ll head for the park as soon as I wake
Wonderful friendships I soon hope to make!
From Squirrels to Ravens, and puppies as well
The paths and playgrounds fill with stories to tell!
I wander the parks, the paths, and the riverside trails
And return home to transform them into adorable tales!
If you want to know what I love
about the place where I live,
It fills my imagination every day,
with endless stories for me to give…
And, yes, I realize that my picture reflects that I have a very flexible wrist… shhhhhhh!
Here, eat a cookie…

Today, Wiwohka shall travel deep into the heart of danger, to a world of desolation and Evil! She shall find her lover, Creedbeast, who has been battling horde’s of Zombies… all by himself!
Fear not!
Together, we are a formidable force… you’ll see…

I said,
Down in my heart…

Where?
Down in my heart!

Here, have a cookie…

I awoke this morning, bright and early, with grand plans of chatting up the flock of Canadian Geese that were staying in the back field of my park.

Logic dictated that I would be able to gather far more information from the geese, than a band of cheeky Ravens. Besides, the Raven Boys don’t strike me as the chatty Cathy type, comparative to a bunch of lady geese with time to gossip.

At least, this was the plan in my head when I got up! In the beginning, I considered taking an old loaf of bread with me. But then I thought better of offering the birds a treat, before first attempting to get information out of them…

If I opened a bag of bread in front of a flock of hungry geese, I’d never get a word out of the bossy things. Have you seen how they can lose their minds, in the presence of food… it’s a mad house!
I figured that I could return with the bread, tomorrow… more like a thank you gift!
When I reached the field, however, I was sorely disappointed! It was empty… abandoned!

I swear that I was in the park only the day before yesterday, and they were all here, having a good time!
What a disappointment!

So…. I’ll return tomorrow and try for the Raven Boys, in hopes that they’ll cooperate. I didn’t dare try to speak to them yet. Not without any peanuts to offer…

That would’ve just been rude, now wouldn’t it?!
