If you must know, I tried to go to sleep at 9 but it was a no go… fell asleep around midnight. Then I woke around 2 a.m. and lay there in pain, due to my arm bothering me lately. I fell back asleep around 3 or 4… not exactly sure… and then I got up about 7 this morning.
This is a ridiculous question, and I am leaving a huge plate of cookies for any poor soul that took the time to even care about the prompt, let alone come in here and read my silly answer…

I think the majority of people have trouble sleeping these days for one reason or another. It’s now the rule, rather than the exception so it’s easy to get responses to this question. Oddly, I sleep better than I used to, since most of my sleep issues were due to stress and overthinking. I have a lot more peace in my life now, not that I have no problems but I have Help letting things go. I hope you get relief from your pain soon ❤️

For some reason, I keep waking up with my arms over my head, which hurts my shoulders. Maybe it helps me breathe better? I dunno. It’s weird. I guess what I’m saying is, I know what it’s like to wake up in pain. You have my sympathies.

Sorry to hear about your arm. I don’t have pain but sleep very little due to bipolar disorder. I hate it when I am wide awake and the whole world is sleeping. Take care.

That’s why you need to put away your device 1 hour to your sleep, because it spikes your dopamine when you’re on your socials thereby making it difficult for you to sleep right away
