I have been sporting some sort of back injury for going on two weeks now, and I am just starting to feel better, but cannot go for my normal walks yet. Since I am unable to give you a fresh Live Wire photo, I thought I would take you for a mini virtual vacation to Hawaii for fun! It has been a number of years since I was actually there, but that is why I took pics! It was and is a visually stunning place to behold, so please enjoy the pictoral mini adventure.

Journey With Me! 
I have never been to Hawaii, though I have lived in 14 states and two other countries. This was a lovely tour. Looking at your pictures of all the beautiful flowers reminds me of when I lived in TT (Trinidad and Tobago) for a short time. I took pictures of flowers, trees, the beach at Maracas Bay, the inland, absolutely everything. Great memories, and I can almost taste the star fruit and smell the gorgeous blossoms. We lived in Couva, and in our neighborhood, we had a local Steel Drum band, The Couva Joylanders (you can find them on YouTube). We would walk to their practice area and stand in the street to listen. One night they brought us two chairs to sit in, and from then on, this was our routine. I loved Trinidad. Thanks for reminding me.

Great pics! Hawaii is beautiful! We’ve only been once, but we would move there to stay, if we could afford it – and afford to pay for our kids to come visit. For real!!
